What's Going on at the CAL?

Drawing Class- Learn to draw from a photo of a person, landscape or a still life by using the grid method. Artist, Kelly Henkels will walk you through the process. Bring a colored photo and a black and white photocopy of the photo, to work share! Call to reserve your spot and tell us what topping you’d like to bring from. This is a two-session class: We will meet on Thursday Dec. 14 at 6:00 pm, and the class will schedule the second meeting. Cost: $20 for two sessions. All are welcome!

Potluck Potato Bar – Please join us for this fun and easy potluck event! We’ll bake the potatoes and we invite you to bring a tasty potato topping to & share! Mon. Dec. 11th at 11:15 am. Pre-registration required. All are welcome!

Jewelry Make-n-Take - Susan Middagh will provide designs and give instruction for creating jewelry from glass or stone beads. You can even add seasonal charms! Workshop begins at 1 pm on Mon. Dec. 11th. Cost is $10 per necklace; $10 per bracelet; earrings $5 per pair. Pre-registration required. Call to sign up. All are welcome!

Try Line Dancing at the Center for Active Living! Please join Pat Brant, as she walks you through a line dance, step-by-step, to festive Country Christmas music!! Leather-soled shoes are recommended! Meets Thurs., Dec. 14 at 11 am. Call to reserve your spot. All are Welcome.

Christmas Coffee - Wednesday, December 20th 8:30 am – 10:30 am Join us for a special Flavored Coffee bar and treats.

Racquetball Open House -Wednesday, December 27th 3-5 pm. Try playing Racquetball and learn about membership options. Bring your own racket or try one of ours. Call if you plan to come.
