Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga in the world; a series of physical postures, or asana, that strengthen and make the body more flexible. The class will learn yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear mind. Yoga can improve fitness and strength and promote high levels of overall health and energy.

8 classes: $72

Wednesdays @ 5:15pm, all levels of experience welcome.

This course will give a basic overview of the Office 2013 programs, with tips and tricks to use.

· Word - will introduce you to the word processing program and some basic settings and formatting tools for creating a document
 · Excel - will introduce you to the spreadsheet program and some basic settings and formatting tools.
 · Power Point - will introduce you to the program to create a presentation and some basic settings and formatting tools.
